New appointment, AHP Design have been appointed to design and submit a planning application for an extension to an industrial unit on Poulton Industria Estate. The extension will provide additional office spaces for the expanding needs of the business.

Stages of work,

  • Stage 1 – Feasibility Study; we will be providing initial feasibility design options for our client.
  • Stage 2 – Formal Planning Application; one design will be progressed towards a formal full planning application submitted to Wyre Development Control.
  • Stage 3 – Technical Advisor, Pre-construction information.
