Having gained substantial knowledge during a 30-year career.

Our team have the ability to lead, prioritise and work under pressure meeting strict deadlines for several projects running simultaneously.

On your behalf, we will negotiate, tender and provide budget management and monthly project reports. We can provide management and compliance of all Health and Safety, environmental and quality project requirements.

We will devise and implement project planning / programme of works and management of all activities. We can recruit and manage all contractors.

We specialise in the project management of contracts from initial design, planning phrase and all construction processes through to handover. We have the ability to monitor the financial progress of a project, promote a positive attitude towards contract variations, their valuing, encourage regular meetings ensuring a fair resolution of accounts and claims at the completion of any project.

We will manage the contractors quality of work, orders and payments. We have provided all contract liaison and management of many bespoke repeat clients, providing exceptional service and outstanding results.
